Joe Biden: Convicted Criminals Should Determine Their Own ‘Sexual Identity’ While In Prison

Democratic presidential contender Joe Biden remains the leader in the polls to face off against President Donald Trump in 2020, even as he struggles with vocalizing lucid thoughts on the campaign trail.

Biden’s most recent embarrassing lapse came during an appearance at an LGBTQ forum in Cedar Rapids, IA. He appeared to endorse allowing convicted criminals to determine their sex behind bars, which would potentially allow rapists and other sexual predators to have intimate access to vulnerable women behind bars. “In prison, the determination should be that your sexual identity is defined by what you say it is not what in fact the prison says it is,” a rambling Biden said to tepid applause from the LGBT audience.

Biden continued on with some unintelligible gibberish while the moderator looked on with shock and pity.

In addition to criticism he is receiving for this outburst, the far left is hammering Biden for other insensitive remarks that he made at the conference as well.

Biden was accused of sexism after he made condescending comments toward the female moderator when she pressed him on kind words once he made about Vice President Mike Pence, who is a bogeyman to the LGBT community for his support of traditional marriage. Despite his many faux pas, Biden continues to advertise his record as a champion of gay rights. Biden claims he “didn’t have to evolve” on the issue and has been a pioneer of promoting the homosexual agenda legislatively throughout his career, even though he once supported “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policies for the military.

“I’ve been a strong, strong advocate,” Biden said at the forum. “My son Beau — the one who is deceased — set up the Beau Biden foundation to deal with children who are abused and gay and lesbian children and transgender children. He passed the first transgender (rights) law in Delaware, as attorney general, to make sure there was, in fact, no discrimination and so on. I am very proud of my record.”

Biden’s confidence does not seem to be daunted, so much so, in fact, that he does not even see the need to make the case for himself to be President to undecided and skeptical voters. [RELATED: [VIDEO] Devin Nunes: ‘Joe Biden’s Ukraine Scandal Could End His Campaign’]

If Biden is ultimately the opponent of President Trump in the 2020 presidential campaign, he will have a hard time keeping up this facade during a bitterly contested race.
