Nikki Haley TORCHES Ilhan Omar Over Continued Anti-American Anti-US Remarks

Following yet another round of anti US remarks from Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley took time to show her disgust for the Freshman’s most recent attack.

In an interview with “Democracy Now, Omar said that it was the polices of the United Sates that “kind of helped lead” to “the devastation in Venezuela.”

“This particular bullying and the use of sanctions to eventually intervene and make regime change really does not help the people of countries like Venezuela, and it certainly does not help and is not in the interest of the United States,” she said.

She also identified support for Nicolas Maduro back in in January when she said “We cannot hand pick leaders for other countries on behalf of multinational corporate interests.

“The legislature cannot seize power from the President, and Venezuela’s Supreme Court has declared their actions unconstitutional.

“We can’t afford to get involved in costly interventions abroad when tens of millions struggle to access housing, healthcare, and clean water right here at home.

“U.S. meddling abroad always ends badly for us, and the people we claim to be ‘liberating.’

“If we really want to support the Venezuelan people, we can lift the economic sanctions that are inflicting suffering on innocent families, making it harder for them to access food and medicines, and deepening the economic crisis. We should support dialogue, not a coup!” she said.

According to the Federalist Papers, Haley was not having it and took exception to Omar’s consistent bashing of the nation she immigrated to.

“.@IlhanMN the avg Venezuelan adult has lost 24 lbs. Babies have no medicine. Families have to walk miles in the heat to get the only meal they may have that day.

“All bc of the corrupt Maduro regime. Your comments are so far from the truth. Cuba and Russia appreciate your support,” she said.
