On Saturday, a twister injured at least 12 people waiting on a bus to board an airplane at Antalya International Airport, according to Weather.com.
The tornado toppled multiple buses and damaged at least two airplanes, including an Airbus A321-231 belonging to Onur Air and a Boeing 737-MAX8 belonging to Corendon Airline, AirLive.net reports.

On Thursday, severe storms including several tornadoes were responsible for two fatalities, including a 13-year-old girl who was reportedly struck by debris and a municipality worker in the Jumluca district. Several injuries were also reported, according to Turkey’s Hurriyet Daily News.

A 20-year-old woman remains missing after her vehicle was swept away by floodwaters, Euro News reports. A man who tried to rescue her was also dragged away by the rushing water but was rescued further downstream.
Photos from affected districts of Kumluca and Finike show buildings, cars and greenhouses damaged by wind and falling trees. Farmland and orange groves were flooded by heavy rain brought by the storm and large waves crashed against the Mediterranean coast near the city of Antalya, also according to Weather.com.
